Unity Calling
Unity Calling is a dance music group based in the south coast of England. The group was formed around 2004 by up and coming producer John Edward Snook and guitarist/vocalist Matty Dread.. Inspired by the philosophical element of reggae, the psychedelic element of bands like Pink Floyd and the unified element of the rave scene, they are aiming to produce music that has a deeper meaning and something constructive to offer generations of the future. In 2005 Unity Calling met up with Troy Love, a producer from an eighties band inspired by the work of Kraftwerk and Gary Newman. With John’s love of Breaks and House, Matty’s love of Reggae and Troy’s eighties electro style they are set to produce a crazy array of sounds that should fit right in with today’s ever evolving music scene. |
