We initially target regional press and radio in order to get some initial feedback on your release, its generally better if this process begins around 3 months before your release. After this process we can then advise on whether its worth targeting national media. We believe its crucial that there is a good promo plot in place before targeting national media, your release would be better received by them if you have some good initial results already. We find the common problem with promotion is that the work doesn’t guarantee positive results and unfortunately this is the same with us, there is no solution to this. We have no control over the opinions of the media, but we do guarantee getting your music to them and getting response for you either way at very low cost. And if we do manage to organise a review, feature, radio-plays or get your music video played, we don’t require any extra payment unlike some promotions companies. There are various companies out there emailing musicians and labels, touting themselves as a promotions company but then outsource to other companies, you therefore incur extra needless cost. We don’t do this, our own in-house team deals directly with the media on a daily basis so we can keep our costs low, and that means our prices stay low too.
