Your VRL and releasing your music..
Initially you would need to provide us with:
1) The name you want to use for your virtual record label
- The logo for your virtual label as a 1000 x 1000 pixel size JPEG image
- A short description about your virtual label
After this you would provide us with the following things every time you want to distribute a new release..
1) - 3 audio CDs for each release
We need 3 copies of each release that you want distributed; this is so we can supply your release(s) to lots of different territories around the world simultaneously. If you have more than one release going out at the same time then we need 3 audio CDs for each of the releases. eg: if you’re distributing 2 different albums at the same time then that will be a total of 6 CDs; 3 CD copies of each album.
2) - 1 completed metadata sheet
We must supply information on the release along with the CDs. We will email you a blank metadata sheet which you should fill in when posting the CDs, and you email the completed metadata form back to us on vrl@inigogroup.com with NEW RELEASE in the subject line.
3) - Cover artwork for each release as a 1000 x 1000 pixel size JPEG image
Of course each release needs front cover artwork, sometimes known as a ‘pack-shot’. You can email this to us along with your completed metadata sheet.
